Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 5 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Arbisoft (Lahore)
Entrevista
- The process took up to 5-6 months!
- HR was constantly ghosting and seemed very indecisive
- HR was highly reactive rather than proactive throughout the process
- Forced to be hired as a Business Analyst instead
- Congratulated with the finalisation and were going to give an offer through call and then a week after, posted a fresh Product Manager job on Linkedin, called and was informed that they hired someone else instead
- Then said they would like to contract for Project Manager!
- It was highly unprofessional however, HR was very apologetic at the end
- Conclusion: There were not enough projects and things are uncertain in Pakistan which has unfortunately affected Arbisoft as well. Its not their fault. However, the part where they congratulated and almost gave an offer and then suddenly put up a job posting on LinkedIn and hired someone else all within a week after was very unprofessional.
Worst process - the interviewer was biased and grilling me based on past relations. Interviewer shouldnt have even taken my interview due to conflict of interest. Was constant disrespect to me and current company and went towards rather personal attacks of management in my current company
