Interview setup was via text and pretty easy. The First Interview was with HR representative. The questions were general for the most part. Second Interview was with Managers and their questions were more specific to your background.

First, they held a job fair for interested people. I was invited to participate and only one other person showed up while I was there. The HR manager was the only company representative present and asked me about 5-6 questions. Before I left, I was asked to attend another interview later the same day. That meeting was held with the same person plus a director and the employee whose partial duties I would be continuing. I was informed that one of my tasks was to count money daily, but it was not made clear that I was expected to do so within a specific timeframe. Otherwise, I may not have accepted the job offer.
