I applied via email, and was asked to come in for an interview. The manager sat down with me in a private dining room and asked me about my lifestyle and eating habits and why I wanted a job as a food server. Nothing really took me by surprise at all, and I aced the interview and was hired on the spot.
VERY SIMPLE!
Contained mostly basic questions in which had simple answers. The interviewer marked down a different number depending on how well they thought you answered. Only one interview and was hired on the spot.

It was super quick, and effective. Such great boss I had, he was kind and wanted to help me. I was hired on the spot. He was very nice and welcoming. He hyped up the hjob position

There was none. They take anyone they can get. This is part of a serious problem this company has with mismanagement of their values and rules. Literally, an ex-convicted pedophile could get hired and the company would only find out after the fact.
