Entrevista
Very straightforward interview process after initial recruiter calls. Starts with a 45 minute phone screen with the hiring manager about your work experience, interests, and goals for your next role. This is followed up by 45 minute technical phone screen with an engineer, around Leetcode medium difficulty.
There is then an on-site: 1) 30-minute meet and greet with interviewers; 2) One 45-minute code review round; 3) Three 45-minute coding problems, all Leetcode medium/medium-hard.
A few days after the on-site is a final discussion with two managers where they deep dive into your background. This is effectively a behavioral round.
The interviewers are all very nice. I appreciated that they were forthcoming about the 50 hr/week expectation; honestly I didn't find this to be an extraordinary expectation as it is on par with Amazon, Meta, etc (i.e. more than Google, less than Tesla). They also ask a lot of questions to gauge whether you'll be able to handle the workload, e.g. how far you'll expect to commute and if you're willing to relocate to Mountain View/south bay.
The recruiter and the team was very transparent about the company and its direction. I can't say enough good things about the recruiting team. It was a very smooth, pleasant, and well-run process. However, I did find it surprising that they don't reimburse travel or offer lunch during the on-site. They are also very secretive about their technical work.
The offer was highly competitive, even against FAANG, although going in with a competing offer will help you negotiate. Benefits are solid, particularly for engineers early in their career.

Typical Leetcode medium/medium-hard. Study modern C++ concepts and OOP. Be able to explain the decisions you made during your career in a STAR format.
The process started with a behavioral recruiter screen focused on my background, interest in the company, and general fit for the role. After that, I had a technical interview on CoderPad involving reading data from an API and working with nested JSON. The problem started straightforward and then added follow-up requirements, including finding the maximum velocity and maximum range from the returned data.

- 3-hour virtual onsite (first 30 minutes is group introduction, followed by three 45-minute coding rounds)
- 45-minute hiring manager interview

1 leetcode medium/hard question in each 45-minute coding rounds with follow-up. The hiring manager round is very weird and I was asked what I liked and don’t like about each internship.

Recruiter screening lasted around 30 minutes, followed by a C++ coding interview. The coding round was challenging, and I could not fully complete the problem. Did not move forward afterward.
