I went through three interviews with different people, culminating in an interview with the Hiring Manager. All three were friendly and warm, and were definitely more interested in how I would relate to customers than my troubleshooting experience, although I have a significant amount of prior experience that was a positive. In one of the interviews, the interviewer even commented that he didn't need to ask me any more technical questions, because he could tell I had no problem there. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and felt that I was well treated. In addition, at the end they promised me that I would get a call or email even if I was not offered the job, so I knew I wouldn't be left hanging.
