Interview process consisted of phone interview, in person interview, and a powerpoint sales presentation/go to meeting. Nothing very difficult in the interviews. In person interview was a bit of a joke. My qualm is, if you are going to ask me to go through the process of putting together a presentation and presenting it, at least give me feedback upon follow up. Once the interview was done, I never heard anything again. Called and email. Just expected a "we're not moving forward response". I find this tactic extremely unprofessional.
