I sat down with the manager after filing out a 3 page application. He just pretty much asked me about my positive attributes, what I like to do, and explained the job to me. He introduced me to everyone working there and said that he liked me but the decision was contingent upon my drug test result. My drug test was obviously clean and I was hired on the spot.
