      It was a great experience,I have met a lot of good people. The HR employers and the current employers, where very dedicated. However, there were a gaps. Maybe the HR should conduct employee testing and selection more carefully. Every HR actions they take as a manager, from interviewing to training, appraising and rewarding them, has equal employment implications. ( Under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act) . I felt like I have not been given this opportunity. In our group interview, I observed other thirty (or more) potential employees,and only a few have been selected? My question is, what principal has been used in conducting the interview and selection process? Additionally, what criteria was used in determining who is qualified candidate and who is not? What is the HR employee testing and selection process, or about legal obligations for mismanaging the hiring process. Per Equal Employment opportunities laws requires non discriminatory selection procedures.. unfortunately I felt neglected. Personally, I would strongly suggest for the HR of the Alaska Airlines to rewrite, or reconsider their hiring, testing and selection process. It was a great opportunity, and that is why I was willing to spend a considerable amount of money for plane tickets, motel, etc., but I didn't feel like the interview process was adequate. Based on the effort and expense to attend the interview, compared to the short amount of time that was given for the selection process, it is unlikely that I would apply with your company again. That said, I still think Alaska Airlines is a great company.
