I had two interviews for the position at ancestry, both seemed to go well. I was ghosted 100% after my second interview after it had already been rescheduled to be pushed back another week despite 3 separate follow-up emails to the recruiter and hiring manager over a month+ period. The job has since been reposted at a salary range 30-40% less and still no communication from the team.
