I submitted my application through the company career website, and received a call a few days later. The initial call is a brief interview and get to know you. We set up a time to meet and I went to the call center for a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was very nice and the interview only took 30 minutes. They called me the next day offering the position and I started three days later.

The hiring process was great. It was friendly conversation with the staff. Easy interview. I was asked about previous experience with customer service. Questions about situations in a call center.
