I had a video interview with the hiring manager for about an hour that mainly focused on my experience, and the hiring manager took time to explain the dynamics of the role and team. After the interview with the hiring manager, the next week four interviews were scheduled with various team members. The interviews were a mix of technical questions (looking over designs, how would you approach a problem), intellectual exercises (how many uses can you think of for a paper clip), and discussions about my experience.
