I applied in mid-May 2023, and the interview process started in mid-June. I had a screening interview with a recruiter, completed a survey about logistics (availability, when I can start, compensation needs). I completed a performance task that had 2 parts (~1.5 hours of work) and then had a 30 minute virtual interview with an Associate Director. Within two weeks I was offered the position.
