The written test was hard specially the unix part. The technical interview was more focussed on algorithms. The HR interview had behavioral questions.

Q: Which sorting method has the least complexity and write its algorithm?
Aptitude and analytical test, then coding test, then technical round, then mangerial or behavioral and then HR discussion happens.
The coding test is skipped for the roles like operation support.
Basic java or C knowledge , db knowledge, unix cmds and logical thinking based questiona are asked
