I recently completed the AWS Main Loop interview process, which consisted of four one-hour behavioral interviews with four different team members. Each interviewer evaluated how I demonstrate Amazon’s Leadership Principles through real-world examples, focusing on ownership, customer obsession, bias for action, earning trust, and delivering results.

Entrevista
The AWS interview process is a grueling undertaking. I interviewed for approximately 6 hours. I was asked several of their behavior-type questions, which assume is meant to judge personal fit. I was prepared to explain my qualifications for the role, instead I was required to REALLY think about scenarios that felt minor at the time, but were very relevant to my overall approach to handling certain work situations. They low-balled me, offering below the previously agreed minimum, so I turned it down.

phone interview- this lasted about 30 minutes.
all day interview with 5 individuals and 1 teaching demo. It was done virtually and each interview lasted 60 minutes. It was done with different members on the team.
