This was a Multi step process starting with a personality test. Then several rounds of interviews focused on behavioral questions about the Amazon leadership principles. Each set of interviews was done with 2 people virtually.

Principle - Strive to Be Earth's Best Employer
Question - Tell me a time when you helped build a more inclusive working environment. What problems were you trying to address? What did you do? What were the employees’ reactions? How did the changes help the employees?
Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.
