All the processes were following the STAR approach.AWS shares all the details of how and what to expect. The first round was a 1h interview asking about the situation from the past ( tell me a story that....). After I was invited to the "loop", where there were 5 further interviews (1h each).
Some of the interviewers are very friendly and the interview feels like a conversation; others are less and it feels like an interrogation.
The other interesting details that the interviewers have to write/take notes of everything you say, so depending on the experience of the interviewer he/she gets lots with listening, taking notes, and challenging the interviewer.
The overall experience was very good. But the person being interviewed needs to takes days to prepare for the interviews
