Group Discussion, Test for English Grammar and typing speed. and an interview.
An initial group discussion after which an English Grammar Test and then if you pass that, a letter-writing and typing test. A week after this, the hiring team called me for an interview with a Manager and after 30 minutes the results were out for whoever got selected.
It was good. I got selected. It was mostly English and some aptitude. It was a total of 3 rounds and another HR round. Be ready with the leadership principles.
It was a decent experience. Not tough, easy to crack and one of the better opportinitiues for the ones fresh out of college. Better career opportinities too within the org as its one of the biggest in the world
Interview was fine, but salary $30,000 with no relocation assistance. Considering I live nowhere near the area where the job was posted, that is pretty paltry compensation. Despite that, interview process is straightforward.
