it started out with a case study, followed up with a role play, and finished with interview. the whole process lasted one hour. You were given a half hour to do case study and prepare for role play, then you did the role play and discussed case study, with 4-5 behavioral based interview questions. Prepare using star method.

It was a medium difficulty interview with situational based questions. The interview focused on efficiency of team members, quality of their completed work, and the utilization of labor to get a job done. Basic math skills needed to answer questions.
