The Experience was really good. All the recruiters are very friendly and helpful.
There were 5 stages.
1st we were shown a video about amazon and its work culture and asked to register on a computer.
Then we were asked to speak about any one topic of our choice and the HR asks some questions regarding our CV.If we get selected we are sent to take the versant voice test or typing test depending on our preference.Sample versant test can be found online. If we pass this round toothen we take a technical test which is about some tech stuff. then we are sent to the operations round where a manager asks you some questions about yourself and some questions about real situations and how you would handle it . Then you get the final results after a wait of around 30 minutes. The entire process took around 5 hours.

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
