3 step process over two weeks time all done over the phone or on zoom. They ask pretty standard behavioral questions and in the 3rd and final interview will also have a couple of work related scenarios for you to evaluate and share how you would respond

Behavior questions and workday scenarios within an inspection. They also asked to answer the questions using the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action and Results. There were questions about my personal experience and work related questions from previous deployments.

There was phone a interview which is very easy, then had to take an automated personality assessment test and that was not hard but does take some time so allow about an hour out of your time to take it, next was the interview with 3 managers and that was a little hard just because the questions they ask are more personality questions or hypothetical questions and now I am going to take my skills assessment test.
