Found my resume online and a local recruiter called. He was very nice and not pushy. Explained a bit about the program they offered as well as the training. It was a preliminary interview so there was no offer made or declined. The position was 100% commission.

Tell me about yourself and an overview of the company, then they do in-person interviews and just want to know your experience and if you're a good culture fit. You don't need experience to get the job, just a P&C license.
I participated in a group zoom interview with 10 people, they selected three of us for in person interviews at the end. Asked several questions and let everyone answer. Simple interview process

It was three interviews and two tests. One virtual video. Not bad just time consuming and I had another offer come through by the time theirs came through I had a job
