I had two interviews in the space of two weeks. The first was a 30 min Teams call with senior members of the R&D team, where they asked me basic questions about my CV, why I was interested in the role, and what I knew about the company.
The second interview was in-person at their Edinburgh site, with the same interviewers. I was asked to give a 15 min presentation on a technical issue I had experienced in my work, which was followed by questions on my presentation and some additional competency-based questions.
Communication from the company was very quick and very clear, which I appreciated. Everyone I met/spoke to at the company was very friendly. Ultimately I was rejected because of something I felt I had made clear in my initial application, which was frustrating for me, but the process was positive overall.
