They asked behavioral questions mostly. If you have some experience they will ask detailed questions about what you have accomplished and what equipment you have worked with. They are looking for people with good experience that could benefit the company - whether it be knowledge about better products, or how to run something better. Don't worry if you worked for a much smaller company, you would be surprised at how much you can help the company
