Entrevista
First round interview with HR, deputy director, youth services coordinator, library services manager virtually. Followed up by in-person interview with the panel. It was very formal and by the book. Panel basically just listed off questions in rapid-fire format. Were willing to further explain questions or repeat.

Describe experience interacting with a diverse community, including different socioeconomic groups and how you think that experience will show up again in this position.
