I applied through a recruiter. Set up an in person interview within a week of being told about the position. I sat in their waiting room for a little bit before the admin escorted me to a conference room where I met with the VP of Marketing. Standard interview. He described the position and what he expected of it and then opened the floor to me to talk about myself and qualifications. Then asked questions relating to the job and what I would do/how I would react. I could not read his reaction to anything I was saying until I asked if he had any hesitations about my qualifications and I saw him flip to a previous interviewees page in his notebook. That kinda threw me off as it is when then I realized I would not be offered the position.
