Drug test, computer test, Interview. Interview is with 2 sups. Test is done before you get Interview. Call back if you pass. Then they send you for a required drug test. Then you wait to get a call generally two days. Only hiring PT now. Not seen a ft hire class in a few years. But good pay and benefits. training is very good. All the sups are great. Just unrealistic new stats required. .. .. .. ... .... ...
I had been rejected five times right after completing the online application. then i got an interview. the interviewer did not like that I stay organized and focused with my workload. they said it would not be a good fit since the workplace was extremely chaotic. second time within the last 30 days, i got a call from a screener. the sticking point was the top range was $5000 below what i was asking for in salary. I asked her if I could think about whether I wanted to continue with the second step, an interview, and she said I could. I responded the next day that i would like to be considered for the interview. I followed up with an email. got ghosted for weeks. i called, left messages and emails. no response. then suddenly, another rejection.
