Never have I ever strongly felt I should stand up and walk out of an interview before. The firm may be doing well and people are probably really smart, but they need to put their ego on check. I had a few nice interviewers on-site but the senior managers really pissed me off. They weren't even trying hard to understand. My last interviewer openly told me he hates taking interview, didn't listen to a lot I had to say and was outright bored. I was angry enough to tell this in the HR exit round. Didn't get an offer, wouldn't have taken it anyway. The HR was the only person who really talked nicely, something you'd expect from other firms and people.
