Extensive but very efficient interview process. By the time I was done interviewing, I had meet ~8 people and the whole team. In some ways, that's a great thing. In the past, a prospective employer has excluded a team member from the interview panel and I saw why after I joined. Affirm is in a great space and thriving. They have a very strong executive team. I was also impressed with their commitment to their mission and improving the lives of their customers. Culture is important to the company as well (humble, passionate, kind, approachable, curious). The glassdoor reviews are true, a great company!
