The interviewing process is very laid back. It will start about seeing if you are a good fit for the company with your attitude and not just your skills. It moves on to a test in excel as well as a test for accuracy in word. If you are a personable person and proficient in word and excel you should have no problem.

There is no difficult or unexpected question. The most difficult part is the testing which even at that point is very simple to pass.

I applied online. I went into the office for an in person interview. Next I had to do some more online stuff to prove that I could work in the US. I got to go back to the office and show them my passport to rove again that I could work in the US.

Entrevista
Applied online, was contacted for an interview a week-10 days later. Formal interview with the senior administrator and her assistant. They explained the purpose of the job and provided a brief background of the company and what they do. Interview consisted of 10-12 pretty standardized questions, and when they were satisfied they moved onto the details of the specific position. Salary/hourly rate was disclosed immediately, and was non-negotiable. Overall, the interview lasted about an hour, an offer was made one week later.
