This was an informal process with a child-like Manager whom could care less about the well-beings of his employees. The reason Ace allows this unethical boy to manage is because they pay him less and his operations manager does the job of two employees; ops manager and dispatch and they still pay him less. The interview process was like a kiddie fest where there was almost no formality nor goal or purpose.
