Worst process ever, pulled rug underneath me.- Worst process ever. I interviewed for Accenture in 2021 right after all the layoffs at my company and offered a flex role through their agency. After 3 months of onboarding, my background was being held back due to an error on one my old companies, they had changed names due to a bad reputation; a for profit education firm. Accenture requires the exact number of years of experience for their positions; they will run an equifax report on you and verify it; due to mishap they held my onboarding due to non verification of this company, even after providing tax returns. I got several offers later and moved on. My only regret is entertaining them for the few months that I did. Don't do it, they will pull a coin base or worse ghost you. A lot of companies are doing this now so very cautions with them. First round with recruiter Second round with manager

I had one brief in person interview and was hired on the spot. I was given an extremely brief overview of the job and company. Come to find out when I started the job was not at all what was expected. Two days training and never spoken to again until I got the call a month into it that all contracts were being cut, no explanation given. Not sure why they hired myself and the three others that were also cut.
