I was interviewed over phone by a HR Manager for a storage administrator consultant position.The HR before asking me questions explained to me about the department under which the position was open and what they were working on.The HR had a set of technical questions through which he tried to assess my knowledge in storage fundamentals and the latest in storage technology.
