This was with Accenture Flex - I applied a couple months ago and then received an email from a recruiter wondering if I was still interested. I didn't know about the Flex part of Accenture but was intrigued. I told him I was still interested and went forward with the process. An interview was scheduled about a week or so later. I had a phone interview with 2 individuals, one being the Operations Account Leadership Sr. Manager and the other as the Service Delivery Ops Specialist. The interview as casual and they seemed pretty easy going and wanted to fill the position as soon as possible. I received a verbal offer and was told I would be receiving an offer letter within the next few days. I have not received the offer letter as of today. Overall easy experience.
