The process consisted of 3 rounds; HR screen, Hiring Manager competency based interview and written assignment plus presentation to Hiring Manager and another Senior Manager within the company. All interviews took place via Zoom.

Entrevista
The process was very structured and outlined clearly from the start. Each stage you will need to thoroughly prepare for and that you have focused environment at home.
The 1st round is about talking through your CV and achievements and understanding fully the role. Following that the 2nd is all competency based with your line manager so ensuring you prepare with the STAR model is helpful. Many of the questions here are very relatable to the daily role itself.
The 3rd round will require strategic thinking, where you will be given two tasks.
1. A written assignment that will be required beforehand 2. A presentation. The tasks for both focus on real life situations and is based on how you would handle them.
After each stage there was always great and valuable feedback.
