Through staffing agency, very general Q's on personal traits/hypotheticals and how you handled them. Team Based Q's and some preferences you have when working for an employer. Overall nothing big since its for an entry level position.

Apply online. If they like you, then Phone call (45 minutes) and panel interview around 1 hour.
Questions follow star format and they ask about experience with troubleshooting/learning style among other things.
Was ghosted after being told they would contact me within the next week after my panel interview. I have never been ghosted after a panel interview before so I am really shocked at the lack of professionalism.
There was one phone interview in which they assessed the applicant's work experience. Another interview was scheduled in person with a tour of the lab, day-to-day processes, and a review of the resume.
pretty straight forward, no games are being played, always asking the questions that matters. Shows you around their office and clean room, pretty amazing i must say. I don't know what else to say.
