This is a summary of two of my experiences with interviewing with the Brion Division of ASML. The first time the hiring manager literally did not show up for it. She gave some anodine excuse a few days later. The second time, for a different opening, the recruiter begged me to send in my resume, saying he thinks I am a good fit. I was reluctant after my previous experience and relented. After I sent in my resume, the recruiter told ghosted me. This is how the Brion Division treats its candidates.
