Looking back on my journey through the application and assessment process with ASG Platform, I can genuinely say it has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. From the initial stages of the application to the series of assessments and projects that followed, each step pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to grow both technically and personally. The start of the interview process was quick with the usual questions regarding my background and such, and oriented me with the company's goal and needs. I've done two rounds of assessment so far and both were very challenging. It was not something that was too difficult, especially since the use of AI tools were allowed, but it was also not too easy that it can be done without analyzing the problem given.
