Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ASDA (Londres, Inglaterra) en jun 2013
Entrevista
Online application form with basic maths questions and multiple choice questions about customer service. Recieved an email telling me I was invited to a group interview. The group interview consisted of a number of group tasks which were just to test how well you work as a team. No preparation needed for this part of the interview. The next day I was invited to 1-1 interview with a department manager. This interview was very formal and no difficult questions were given.

Can you provide an example of a time you have worked well as a team?
Relaxed and fun, not too serious and some team building activities to take part in. Group work and then individual questions afterwards included. Not too stressful but covered everything I would expect in an interview for a company of the sized
It was a short individual interview with a single member of staff, very similar to other interviews of the same industry, very straight forward with simple open ended questions. The whole process took under half an hour.

Basic interview questions about past experience in retail and customer service, team working etc
We were sat in a room of around 15 people. Around 4 employees watching us from the sides, and one employee leading the interview. They had us first introduce ourselves to the group, and then had us get together in small teams and do little exercises, just silly stuff, such as making a house out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Silly tasks, but what they're watching is how you interact with people. They then showed us a bunch of videos of higher ups talking about ASDA and what they stand for. It was an easy going, welcoming experience. Everyone who was normal got hired.
