I applied online and received an email to go into the Farmer's Branch location to conduct an interview and to do the Criticall testing around 3 days later. The email told me to go to the 3rd floor. Upon arrival I proceed to the third floor and there is no one there. I look around and knock on a couple of doors until finally see someone. He kindly tells me that the person I am looking for is not located on this floor and that she can only be found on the second floor, which you can only access if you have a key card. He offers to escorts me and I accept. When we get to the 2nd floor he introduces me to the lady I am to interview and she looks surprised to see me. She tells me she's glad I made it and immediately tells me that I have to do the 2+ hour Criticall test. After two hours I complete the test, I made a 92%. She congratulates me and we proceed to another room to do a one on one interview. She asks me about my experience dispatching, in which I have 2+ years. She asks me can I work from 6pm - 6am. I tell her yes, absolutely. She asks me can I go to Ft Worth for EMD training. Yes I can. She then says congratulations you have the job, can you start Monday at 7:45am. I say yes ma'am absolutely. We shake hands and I leave. The next day I get a call saying I did not get the job even though she offered it to me leaving me fairly perplexed. I would not recommend anyone to apply nor interview here, as the hiring manager is very dishonest.
