Face to face round of interview. Start with a positive sign.
I had to explain the whole process of out sourcing the project to the vendor from RFQ to vendor finalization and awarding the project. I think somewhere in the middle of the process flow chart, the interviewer was looking for a specificity which i couldnt cover or bring up due which i believe i was not offered. In general, if you cant answer one or two question you need to find whether the candidate can be trained to meet the need with all the other skills and competency.

Entrevista
Brief and unstructured. A guy asked me about something very specific to the company (since he has worked there his entire life) and I answered according to what I had previously found over internet since I did my homework before. The answers did not entirely satisfy the interviewer but at the end he said something like "Whatever, I do not understand it fully myself". Another guy started speaking immediately about all the internal politics. The HR interview was not bad and the last guy interviewing me was apparently the smartest one and the decision maker, he spent 15 minutes with me and then left (satisfied).
