Apply then complete an engineer based math type assessment. You have about 7-10 days to complete based off of when you received notification to complete it. Not very hard but did include calculus etc

Thorough interview for a company that takes pride in their work. It is a long process, but each step has a purpose. The math questions should not be difficult if you are suitable for the position. Each situational question is designed to see how you would react in situations that consultants actually deal with on a regular basis. While it may take more effort than most interviews, people who are really committed and know what ALL4 stands for will be willing to put in that extra effort. It is not a job that everyone who graduates with an engineering degree can do and the interview process is indicative of it.
