In person interview consisted of a resume review and standard interview questions. Met with two managers with many years of experience and the process was very conversational. The in person interview was the second in the process. First interview was over the phone.

Name a time when you had to convince people to follow your lead.
Slow going it took a while to hear back from them two weeks and then after that interview process went fairly quick with three different interviews total. They were online interviews and they were about 40 12:55 hour each.
