There was a phone screen, two different interviews with two high level employees, neither of which were sure who be the manager for the position between the two of them. They didn't really have specific questions, more just wanted me to talk, which did not make it easy. There was talk of another interview with one of their underlings but then they ghosted me. It didn't feel particularly organized.
