Technical Interview Format: 1:1 or panel interview with an engineer or tech lead. Focus Areas: Core concepts (OOPs, DBMS, OS, Networking) Coding & problem solving Projects & internships you’ve done Example Question: “Explain the difference between method overloading and overriding in Java.” 4. HR Interview Format: Conversation with HR personnel. Focus Areas: Communication skills Attitude & culture fit Salary expectations Relocation / availability Example Question: “Tell me about yourself.” “Why should we hire you?”
