Interview process was standard. Screening, a video discussion with a few people then an onsite panel interview. Follow-up from recruiting was abysmal and reflected poorly on the company. I enjoyed the team and knew I could do the job but my salary requirements were high which he knew from the beginning. The onsite team was great. I reached out to the recruiter a week later and he told me I’d know something in another week, he never reached out. I moved on to other opportunities as I work in HR and I know if it takes more than two weeks you didn’t get it but he actually never dispositioned me. lol Nearly a month later I needed some paperwork and reached out and he told me they made an offer to someone else because of my salary requirements. Really a poor experience for a team that was otherwise quite pleasant.

It involved the normal process after job application. A interview call / information was received after a period of 03 weeks. Interview was telephonic and selection communication was received a week later. Compensation negotiation and offer processing took couple of weeks more. The interview process was facilitated from Dubai.
