2 rounds of interviews asking various behavioral and competency based questions. That range from strengths, weaknesses and styles of working and initiative based approaches. I was also required to do some verbal and numerical testing along with the 2 stage interview process.

2 interviews, fairly standard behavioural and experience based. Nice and communication good. 2 people at first interview, one employee and managers. There was a phone screen as well. Got an offer by phone, there was some salary flexibility but ended up accepting another offer.
