Since it was an urgent requirement, I was asked to join asap. And then I have Cleared Skype interview, face to face interview, psychometric test. And this process took around nearly 25days even though it was urgent. Atlast got a reply stating that we hold that position and looking for 15yrs experience. Doesn't even know to plan whom to recruit before interview. Worst experience. Never expected a startup company to be like this.
