I had responded to their ad on a job site and they called me after 2 months.I had the first interview with the country manager who seemed to be a great guy , most of the time he was talking explaining the job in detail.He tried to "sell" me 3M and the fact that they hire during the country's greatest financial crisis.3 weeks later I had the second interview with the sales director.Very kind and very friendly , too.We had a fruitful discussion and he told me that if I qualify I will have a third interview in english with the foreign No 1 , the general manager.But 3 weeks later they sent me an e-mail stating that they decided to proceed with another candidate.On the whole, a very good experience and I'd like to work for them in the future

Entrevista

Behavioral questions mostly, be prepared about the job, really do you research. Make sure you know how the skills you've acquired are transferable. Just be yourself, they want you to be transparent.
