First round of interviews with two other managers went well. Questions and discussions were insightful and well thought out. Heard back quickly and was progressed to final round. Final round with director was terrible. He rushed very quickly through approx 3 generic questions and was finished after 15 minutes despite it being a 45 minute meeting. I spent 10 minutes asking questions to attempt to gain more insight from the meeting but it was clear the interviewer had no interest in getting to know me or hear more about my experience. Please do not invite to interview if you have already made your mind up on the candidate - it wastes both of our time.
