      Included a phone screen, a longer video call with the hiring manager, a portfolio presentation, and a short chat with the chief experience officer. They scheduled quickly, were communicative, and were notably inclusive, transparent, and kind throughout the process.

Tell me about yourself, what you love, your experience, why you’re interested in the role of Content Designer with 1Password. 2. How do you describe content design to stakeholders and colleagues from other disciplines? 3. What’s your approach to getting alignment with colleagues and stakeholders, especially from other disciplines? 4. Can you tell me about a time you had to navigate a tricky disagreement with a colleague? What was the situation, how did you resolve it and what was the result? 5. Can you tell me about how you apply inclusivity and accessibility in your work? 6. Can you tell me about a time when you learned you may have caused harm to a person or community? How did you respond and what did you learn? 7. Can you tell me about a time when you decided or needed to solve a problem without instructions or requests from leadership? A time when you saw a need and just worked to address it? 8. Can you tell me about a time when you had to figure out something really complex to explain it, either to a group of users or a single person? What led you to need to figure it out and how did you figure it out? How do you know you did a good job explaining it?

      Entrevista

      First there was a screening zoom call with the recruiter, very nice person. Then two zoom calls with my peers and then the hiring manager. These included technical topics and a flash task/review. After that, a casual interview with higher management. The recruiters would call and email before each interview and check if you need anything. Everyone without an exception was very kind and open. The process was efficient and relatively quick.
